Technology advantage:

1.The processes of cleaning, rinsing1, rinsing2, disinfection and drying run automatically. The time of the whole process that steam heating need ≤ 35 minutes and electric heating need ≤45 minutes.

 

2.Motorized sealing door adopts up & down lifted glass door. Channel-type double-door with interlock function ensures isolation effectively between cleaning area and clean area. Safety lock makes sure that it can automatically return when meeting obstacles. Double transparent tempered glass doors with large window isolate sound and heat and is convenient for user to observe the cleaning state.

 

3.The lifting of motorized sealing door adopts bilateral synchronous transmission mode, which is stable and reliable. Automatic downward opening door model with far infrared ray hand-protected design gives an alarm in advance when it encounters obstacle, which protect operator safety without touching obstacle.

 

4.Siemens PLC control system and color touch screen man-machine interface that make operation interface simple and friendly and can set various parameters in order to meet the customer individual demands.

 

5.The device with network extended interface and USB interface can realize interconnection and store cleaning record from U disk.

 

6.The core components including cycle pump, fan, control system, pneumatic valve,direct reducer, pressure difference switch, microswitch, metering pump adopt international famous brand to ensure operation stable.

 

Safety feature:
1. Leakage protection: The device will trip out automatically to protect the safety of operator when electric leakage occurs.

 

2. Heating tube overheating protection: Alarm will be on for protection when heating tube temperature is too high during the process of drying. (Electric heating)

 

3.Fan protection: Alarm will work for protection in order to prevent the fan from locked rotor and overheat when sundries enter into fan.

 

4.Cycle pump protection: Alarm will work for protection in order to prevent the cycle pump from locked rotor and overheat when sundries enter into cycle pump.
